WHAT DO OUR CRITICS SAY?

Of course we understand not everyone agrees with our faith. Not everyone is certain of the Bible's divine inspiration, of Jesus as the only way to salvation, of the resurrection to eternity for the saved and sinners alike.

It is important to note that Jesus never argued anyone toward the kingdom. He spoke truth and nothing more. Following that model, we strive to do the same. We have no desire to debate. We do not join into intellectual jousting.

From time to time, we all find ourselves with a nagging question regarding the scritpures, applying those scriptures to life, understanding opposing beliefs, and so on. In some cases we will be the first to admit we still "see dimly" (1 Cor. 13:12), and even the greatest of Christian scholars disagree. Therefore, though we make a sincere effort, we may not always be able to provide a convincing or satisfying answer. With that admission in mind, we encourage you to "search the scriptures" to see if these things are so. (Acts 17:11)

Know, too, that we do not seek to create dissension or disagreement over minor matters. If, instead, we can bring clarity to an issue, remove a stumbling block, encourage confidence and faith, or support your efforts in sharing the gospel, please send us your question. We will attempt to answer wherever we can.

We pray that our answers encourage you in your walk, as your questions encourage us.

Happy is the man that findeth wisdom, and the man that getteth understanding.
-- Proverbs 3:13
